Your use of Merge Tower is governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement and by these terms, which supplement it.
1. The game
Merge Tower is free and has no in-app purchases. Some extra power-ups can be earned by watching rewarded ads, always optionally and with a limit per game. Points, power-ups, achievements and themes have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed.
2. Fair play
Tampering with the app, its data or the scores submitted to Game Center is not allowed. We may ask Apple to remove clearly fraudulent scores from the leaderboard.
3. Availability
The game works offline. Rewarded ads and Game Center need an internet connection and may not always be available. We may change, improve or remove features in future versions.
4. Liability
The app is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from its use. Nothing here limits your rights under consumer protection law.
5. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence.
