Your game is yours. Merge Tower has no accounts or servers of its own and receives none of your data.

In short. Your score, progress, settings and current game are stored only on your iPhone. The only third parties involved are Google, for optional ads, and Apple, if you use Game Center. In Europe, ads are only personalised with your consent, which you can change at any time.

2. Data stored on your device
To make the game work, your iPhone stores your best score, your statistics (highest block, chains, merges, games played), unlocked achievements and themes, your sound and haptics settings and the game in progress. This data never leaves your device, we never receive it, and it is deleted when you delete the app.
3. Ads (Google AdMob)
The game offers fully optional rewarded ads: they only play when you choose to watch one in exchange for a power-up. They are served by Google AdMob, which may process:
- Device identifiers for advertising.
- Approximate location derived from your IP address.
- Information about how you interact with ads.
- Technical and diagnostic data (device model, OS version, crashes, performance).
This is used to show ads, measure their performance and prevent fraud. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland you are asked for consent before any ad is loaded, with the option to accept, reject or choose. If you reject, you can still see non-personalised ads. The app does not request tracking permission (ATT) and does not use Apple's advertising identifier to track you.
4. Game Center (Apple)
If you are signed in to Game Center, your alias, score and achievements are sent to Apple to show the world leaderboard and achievements, under Apple's privacy policy. You can turn it off in Settings › Game Center.
5. Legal bases

6. Recipients and international transfers
Ad data is processed by Google Ireland Limited and its group companies, which may transfer it to the United States under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. See how Google uses information from apps that use its services. Game Center data is processed by Apple. We do not sell data or share it with anyone else.
7. Retention
Data on your iPhone stays until you delete the app. Google and Apple keep theirs according to their own policies.
8. Your rights
You can change or withdraw your ad consent at any time in Pause › Ads, without affecting anything done before. You can also exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to soporte@mergetower.app. As we never receive your data, for anything processed by Google or Apple we will help you reach them. You may also complain to your data protection authority; in Spain, the AEPD.
9. Children
The game is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone, and personalised ads are only shown with consent. If you are under the age of digital consent in your country, ask a parent or guardian to decide on ad consent.
10. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for important changes, let you know in the app.
